Why UsabilityWorks is different.
UsabilityWorks offers a well-rounded approach to usability.
We have a wealth of experience and understanding in both software usability testing and in Marketing. By embracing both disciplines we ensure the user and customer experience is maximized.
Our professional credentials are augmented by our partnership with London Metropolitan University which has been running usability postgraduate courses and carrying out research into usability issues since 1986.
We understand business needs, not just those of usability purists or academics.
We understand usability values and principles, not just those of marketers, or graphic and web designers.
Overall, we understand the user experience.
UsabilityWorks has a partnership with London Metropolitan University, one of the UK's centres of excellence in IT Usability. The university's usability experts are available to provide additional consultancy, research information, and advice on best practice principles.
